All packages are sent via Standard Courier services from Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Estimation is given above and the product page is for information purposes. Actual may vary depends on the shipping location, weather conditions, and other external criteria. And this estimation not applicable for Pre-Order products.

If nobody is at the address when the courier partner will make the phone and reschedule the delivery. If you are not able to receive the parcel inform them to arrange another delivery address, time, or tell them the package can be left in your back yard, etc.

We do take any cancellation or return requests once the order is shipped or delivered.

Some of the rural areas do not have doorstep delivery, in such cases, the customer has to collect the package (Self Collect).

COD or Cash on Delivery doesn’t include open delivery. We follow the standard Cash on Delivery procedure in which customers have to pay the amount to the delivery executive in terms of receiving the package or opening the package.
The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is estimated:

1-2 working days inside Bengaluru.

2-5 working days within South India.

3-6 working days to North India.

Some of the pin codes may not have Cash on Delivery. Please contact us and check for the availability of the Cash on Delivery option.
