All packages are sent via Standard Courier services from Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If nobody is at the address when the courier partner will make the phone and reschedule the delivery. If you are not able to receive the parcel inform them to arrange another delivery address, time, or tell them the package can be left in your back yard, etc.

COD or Cash on Delivery doesn’t include open delivery. We follow the standard Cash on Delivery procedure in which customers have to pay the amount to the delivery executive in terms of receiving the package or opening the package.

2-5 working days within South India.

3-6 working days to North India.
