Lithium Coin Cell / Button Cell

A coin cell battery is also known as a button cell or watch battery. These batteries are usually small single-cell batteries that are shaped like a cylinder and resembling a button. The button cell battery has a body that is made of nickel-plated stainless steel. A coin cell battery is a small, circular, stainless steel disc that provides power to portable devices, like watches and computers.

What is Button Battery???

A button Battery or button cell is a small single cell battery shaped as a squat cylinder typically 5 to 25mm in diameter and 1 to 6 mm high- like a button on a garments, hence named as button battery. Lithium cells are generally similar but somewhat larger; they tend to be called as lithium coin cell or coin batteries.

such as wrist watches, pocket calculators,

artificial cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids,

different child toys, car keys, remote controls, bank card readers, electronic games like Hexbugs, watches, Fitbit, digital scales and even digital thermometers, tablets, and laptops, E-Bikes, electric toothbrushes, tools, hoverboards, scooters, and for solar power backup storage.
